About Ivey

Hello, my name is Ivey. I'm a junior at UNC Greensboro studying Psychology, and I work in social work. I live in Greensboro, NC, and have several years of experience in childcare. I'm an organized, structured person who loves planning routines and schedules. I'm also creative and passionate about art, nature, sports, and exploring new hobbies. I have over 4 years of childcare experience through Parks and Recreation programs in Greensboro and High Point. I've gained skills in behavior management, activity planning, parent communication, and helping children build social-emotional skills. I especially enjoy creating fun, structured environments where kids can grow and express themselves. I've also provided babysitting for families, caring for children of all ages-from infants to teens. I'm experienced with hygiene routines, preparing meals, and light household tasks. I'm passionate about supporting children's development and creating positive, enriching experiences for them.
