Ivelisse is a very warm, caring and very reliable caregiver. She has walked & taken care of our dog Joy who absolutely adores her. She has gone way out of her way for coming at very short notice & fitting us into her schedule during emergencies. She sends us pictures & video which is greatly appreciated.
