Growing up, I cared for cousins and friends, and later I gained formal experience through Care. com, working with one family for almost two years. Being family-oriented, taking care of others brings me genuine joy. In a job, stability matters most: a fixed schedule, reliable plans, and honesty and respect as non-negotiables. In my spare time, I'm with family and friends, working out (lifting weights and occasionally yoga or pilates), reading, enjoying music, and especially skiing-it's my absolute favorite way to recharge! Fun fact: I was born in Venezuela and speak both Spanish and English fluently, which helps me connect with diverse families. My childcare skills? Communication, patience, quick problem-solving, and endless energy for playtime!
