Our nanny abruptly quit due to family reasons (she was great!!). We met Ivanna on Care and immediately hit it off. She is professional and hilarious, and we were so taken aback by her wisdom at her age! She was great at scheduling a phone call, meeting, and doing trial days with us to test the waters. Our son (5.5 months) and our 11-year-old cranky dog loved her instantly. Our son is shy, but she gave him his space, and he came out of his shell quickly. They practiced him standing and army crawling and had “dance parties.” He ate on time, and she got him down for naps a lot better than we did (contact naps!) and showed us methods we could incorporate so he could be a better sleeper (we need sleep!!). Our dog was happy to be included and quickly became glued to Ivanna's legs! Our schedule needs have changed so much (12 hours, gah!!), so while she can't be our nanny right now, she is on our roster for the best babysitters in Westchester (at least we think so, wink wink). She is a star, and we are SO thankful we met this Mary Poppins!!
