My name is Victoria and I am currently a college freshman with a passion for caring for children! I am studying medicine and have been planning on being a pediatric intensive care doctor since I was very young. In the past I have been a part of several volunteer experiences including but not limited to: youth special needs soccer coaching (8 yrs), daycare volunteering (1 yr), adult special needs care facility volunteering (3 yrs), and special needs equestrian coaching (1 yr). Being a part of these programs has enabled me to gain a wide range of knowledge on how to care for individuals with both developmental and intellectual disabilities. Added to my training in caring for individuals with special needs, I also provide child care services for children considered to be baseline. I have been nannying as my main mean of income for the past 2. 5 years and love making a difference in the lives of children. I very strongly believe in the importance of reading, discipline, outdoor activities, crafts, and organization, and do implement these ideas into my nannying style. I am not the nanny that will allow children to sit in front of a television screen all day! I am very active, and enjoy yoga, volunteering, and biking.
