Hire Ivana!! Some things just are that simple. As first-time parents, and parents of twins, Ivana went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure the highest quality of care for our girls. Even when both were sleeping Ivana took every opportunity to help around the house with dishes, laundry, and tidying up. Her work ethic is unmatched, and she has the gentlest spirit! Our girls are around 7 months and warmed up to her day one, which is unusual for them. They adore her. She puts the children first and was very helpful in gently teaching/guiding us with tips and her deep knowledge in childcare. If we could have packed her up with us when we moved, we 100% would have. She should be hired IMMEDIATELY! We miss her, love her, and consider her family.
