I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and well-being. Drawing from my formal education and one year of hands-on experience, I strive to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children of all ages. With my patient and calm demeanor, I am able to effectively manage children's behavior and resolve conflicts. I believe in open communication and maintain regular contact with parents to discuss their child's progress and any concerns. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and consistent routine for the children in my care. I am a skilled and creative individual, always finding new and engaging ways to keep children entertained and learning. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I'm always up for a challenge and love to have fun with the kids.
