Issraa was very friendly and amicable over the phone and seemed to be a good fit for our family, unfortunately she had canceled with less than 24hrs notice sending a message close to 12am the day of saying she went with another family. While a nice person, could definitely provide more transparency & communication if she was not able to follow through or intended to not follow through due to another opportunity lined up.
