I am a Certified Behavioral Technician (CBT), where I support children with behavioral and developmental needs using evidence-based practices. This role strengthen my skills in patience, positive reinforcement, emotional regulation, and clear communication-especially in helping children with autism feel safe, understood, and encouraged as they learn and grow.
