Ismary is a wonderful employee. She currently takes care of my 87 year old mother who has a rare blood pressure disease and diabetes. The challenges she faces daily require not only skill but empathy and flexibility. Ismary is competent and easily adjusts to to the ever changing demands of the job. Also , Ismary is caring. She is detailed oriented and not afraid to ask questions or give a pertinent recommendation that is knowledge based. We really love Ismary and appreciate the care she gives our mom. It truly relieves the stress our family deals with on a daily basis. 

Ismary is a wonderful caregiver. I hired Ismary to care for my Mom in her final two weeks when she was in hospice care. Ismary began her care for my Mom while my Mom was in-patient at the hospice facility and then she transitioned to caring for my Mom at home once she went home on hospice. I needed someone who was dependable, caring, trustworthy and who would be my voice with the hospice team for my Mom's care while I was at work. After each shift, Ismary would send very detailed updates which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Ismary and will miss working with her.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Ismary. She provided care for my grandmother for approximately two months until we needed to transition to a long term nursing care facility. She is extremely kind, gentle, attentive, and has a lot of experience in elderly care. She is flexible in her schedule and even offered to work overtime on occasion if need be. Specifically, she provided assistance with walking using assist devices, transfers, bathing and hygiene, dressing, medication administration, took vital signs, prepared light meals, light laundry, and provided exceptional companionship. She also gave a thorough report at the end of each day which provided clear communication about what was going on while we were at work. Ismary made some excellent recommendations on ways to improve my grandmother's comfort in the home. We will truly miss having her in our home and wish her all the best.

Ismary is an excellent caregiver. She helped me for approximately three months during my recovery from major foot surgery.  She is caring, discreet, empathetic, and always happy to help with anything needed. I would highly recommend Ismary to my own family & friends.

Ismary is dependable, knowledgeable about elderly care and professional. She and her staff communicate with other care takers and family responsible for the patient's care. We felt comfortable trusting her with our elderly mom with Alzheimer's. 

Ismary has been phenomenal in every way taking care of my husband.  He was sent directly home from ICU and I was overwhelmed with the amount of care that was needed.  She is truly gifted and goes above and beyond the call of duty!  When Marcos replaces her at the end of her shifts he is phenomenal as well.  They are trustworthy, caring, knowledgeable, pleasant, kind, compassionate and skilled.  Another lady Ismary sent was wonderful, too.  I would highly recommend her services!

Ismary is a very good caregiver.  She helped up out during a very difficult time when my brother was very ill.  She was able to convince him to eat and prepared food that was palatable to him.  She was kind, considerate, and caring.  She communicated with me when I came home from work about the happenings of the day, while also being a companion to my brother.

Ismary worked with our family for 8 months after my husband's stroke in 2014. She is an extremely compassionate caring person and was a pleasure to have in our home. She was a great help with changing/dressing, light therapy routines, monitoring medications, maintaining a neat and clean environment, preparing light meals...really whatever we needed to make my husband comfortable!  She is an excellent caregiver and I would not hesitate in recommending her to care for your loved one!
