About Isla

Hi! I'm a rising junior at Vanderbilt University with a passion for helping others and supporting seniors. I have prior home care experience through CareYaya, where I provided companionship, assisted with daily activities, and helped create a safe, positive environment for older adults. I also have personal experience caring for my late grandmother, who lived with dementia. Through this experience, I developed patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals with memory-related conditions. It reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate, attentive care that helps seniors maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. I am dependable, caring, and dedicated to building meaningful relationships with the people I care for. I look forward to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
