About Isis

I am a pet owner myself. I have a 13-year-old cocker spaniel poodle mix named Pogi, which translates to handsome in Tagalog. I also had a leopard gecko named Cocoa, who unfortunately passed away. My grandma had a calico cat who I spent quite some time with as well. I have grown up around animals and love to care for them. Besides my own pets, I have experience pet sitting and walking dogs. In New York, I frequently volunteered as an Adventure Buddy with Best Friends Animal Society where I would take dogs out for the day! I've worked with so-called difficult dogs and dogs with disabilities. My experience in healthcare taught me patience, compassion, and understanding. Because we are unable to communicate with animals verbally, it's crucial to pay close attention to their body language and behaviors to understand their needs and ensure their well-being. I will care for your beloved pets as if they were my own!
