About Ishauna

As a college Honors student with a passion for working with children, I bring years of experience through babysitting, mentoring, tutoring, and swim instruction. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I enjoy planning creative and educational activities, including arts and crafts, learning games, and life-skill development. My background as a swim instructor strengthened my patience, communication, and ability to prioritize children's safety and well-being. I have experience caring for children of all ages, with the strongest background in infants (2-12 months), toddlers (2-4 years), and children ages 9 and older. I am CPR, AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified, giving families added peace of mind. I look forward to supporting and connecting with families throughout the Baltimore/Maryland area!
