Do NOT hire Isha. She does NOT show up for work either at all or well after she is suppose to be there. She messages and says she is running late or cant make it and wanted to reschedule for another day! I had to message her every scheduled day to find out if she is too tired to work or how late she will be. After having surgery, she was suppose to go with me to the surgeon's office for my 4 day check up. I reminded her 3 times what time to be at my place and how important that day was. BUT, yet again, she she showed up 1 hour late...5 minutes before I was leaving to the surgeon's. I fired her that day. She did NOT even message me she was going to be late. There was always an excuse. She is a senior at UH. I had to bring in another senior to teach her how to work more efficiently. That did NOT work. NOW, ALL she is concerned about is getting paid for more hours than she has worked! She is harassed me even on Xmas morning at 5:27am!! If only she put in a 1/4 of that effort in getting to work as scheduled...
