About Isabel

Hi! My name is Isabel and I recently moved to the Reno/Sparks area from Colorado. I have a Master's degree in Recreational Therapy and am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). I have several years of experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities, providing personalized support to meet their unique needs. My previous experience includes over two years as an in-home caregiver. My duties in this role included providing assistance with personal care and ADLs, housekeeping, and supporting them during community outings and recreational activities. I have also been a camp counselor for day and overnight camps for individuals with disabilities and worked for the city of Lakewood's therapeutic recreation program, where I helped facilitate various activities such as special olympics, social outings, dances, and arts and crafts programs.
