Unfortunately we never got to interview Isabel. She didn't answer during our first scheduled time, since she had the wrong date on her calendar. We rescheduled and then she didn't answer the second time either. We haven't heard from her since and do not know why she missed the second appointment. We have decided not to continue the interview process with her, as this raised concerns about her reliability and communication skills.
