About Isabel

Hi! I am currently finishing up my second year of teaching. I am a special education teacher and have a passion with working for kids. I am looking to transition into tutoring and nannying as I complete my graduate degree in Psychology. I received my bachelor degree in elementary education. I have been babysitting for the past 8 years and have been in a classroom setting for the past 7 years. I have experience working from kindergarten-8th grade. I have been working the last 21/2 years at a school primarily for kids that have autism spectrum disorder. I am willing to complete light house work, focus on academic content, create hands on activities, etc. I am very flexible, hardworking, and reliable! I love connecting with kids and building relationships with them. I believe in teaching the whole child and I have trauma-informed training. I strive to support children's emotional needs and teach self regulation strategies daily.
