About Isabel

My name is Isabel and I have been nannying children since I was 21 years old. I have a B. S. in wildlife bio from UC Davis so I love getting kids outside to play and learn about nature. I am a SLO local. I have experience caring for children ages 3 mo. to 15 years of age and have provided child care for up to 4 children at a time (ages 4-8). I love getting kids outside away from all the screens. For example, reading books, imagination based games, board/card games, arts n crafts, a walk to the local park, a short hike, a trip to the local botanical garden or children's museum, a trip to the local beaches, etc! I was a summer camp counselor-in-training at a local overnight camp for 2 years and a camp counselor for the next 2 years. I was the lead arts n crafts teacher. At this week-long camp I primarily worked with kids ages 6 to 17. I was also an RBT in the ABA field. I currently am taking classes at Cuesta to get my AA in CDFS so I can become a preschool teacher!
