Bella was hired to watch my 4 month old son and my friends 10 month old daughter. She said she had extensive infant experience and we were excited to work with her. She showed up 1 hour late on her first day. She does not own a vehicle and relies on uber. She told us they kept cancelling on her which could have been the case. There were some safety concerns. She allowed the 10 month old to play with a water bottle that had a cap on it which is a choking hazard. And I pretty much did 90% of the care for my baby while she was with us. She then cancelled last minute her second week with us on Sunday night leaving us to scramble for care on Monday morning. Texted again on Tuesday saying she had gotten another job. All around unreliable and probably better suited to older children as she seems to not know her way spring infants. She was nice, but way too many issues to hire her again as being reliable is a huge part of childcare.
