About Isabelle

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, active, and structured. I like working with kids because every day is something new, and you can see the impact you have in their lives every day. I'm looking for a job where there is open communication with parents on the daily, and I can seamlessly fit into the lives and style of the family! I started working with kids as a preteen, and that's not just from watching younger siblings! I started off babysitting for many families in my church community, and that grew my love for working with kids! In my spare time I like to hike, read, go on walks, and really get out and about. I also enjoy a relaxing afternoon inside! One thing you should know about me is that I love to be active, go on adventures, and really focus on creating fun and educational moments for all the children I care for. My skills include finding which approaches work for each child, promoting appropriate behavior, and implementing appropriate and meaningful correction.
