Growing up my great grandparents had caregivers and I owe them everything I have with that I understand that care and kindness is the number one thing that needs to happen when it comes to a Caregiver. I'd love to be that person for your love one or for you.

The individual missed their initial in person interview. Despite this, I still gave them the opportunity to work with me. Unfortunately, their performance did not meet expectations. I subsequently asked them to confirm their availability for future workdays but they failed to respond in a timely manner leaving me without the necessary coverage for care. Based on my experience and the critical of this work, I do not believe they are suitable for this type of work.
