Isabelle is a very impressive and responsible person who displays maturity well beyond her years. Her daily experience that she described watching children, carpooling, and cooking make her a great candidate. My 2 boys really liked her and felt very at ease around her. The only reason we didn't hire her is because a grandparent was able to watch the boys, otherwise, we would have hired her for a long-term, full time job. I have no doubt that any family who hires her will be happy!
