I have 3years of special needs experience, and 8 years of Early Childhood Education (ECE) all together. I was a paraprofessional for those 3 years and was working with children who had Autism, Down syndrome, Aspergers, and more. Each kid was very unique in their own way and I enjoyed every minute of teaching them! I also did babysitting/nanny work for some of them outside of school as well! I love getting to know each kid and getting to learn what they love to do, play, sing, eat, everything! I am strong willed and I understand that times can be extra frustrating with children who have special needs and thats where patience and persistence comes in!
