About Isabella

Hi! My name is Isabella and I am currently a sophomore at Regis University where I am studying Political Economy. I am also on the British Parliamentary debate team. In the summer of 2020, I was a virtual debate instructor for the Classic Debate Camp program, where I worked with 80+ high school students on research strategies, argumentation, public speaking, etc. In terms of my child-care experience, I have been babysitting over the past 6-7 years. My mom is a teacher back in my hometown, Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I have aided in classroom projects and her after school Spanish program. Notably, I spent my first two years of high school working at Kumon, a math and reading tutoring center. There, I worked with two young children at a time to guide them through their work, instill positive learning habits, and then host conferences with parents to summarize our sessions.
