Good things first, Isabella was always on time and was very friendly with my 7mo old. However, she needed more direction with daily activities for assisting with milestones. The major issue was the fact that she canceled at 11pm the night before she was supposed to arrive at 430am stating she was going with another family because of higher pay. I explained that was completely understandable but, the short notice was completely unacceptable and inconsiderate.
