Hello! My name is Isabella and I am very excited for the opportunity to work with you/your family! I have just graduated college, with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. I am BLS certified for adults/children/infants & I have years of childcare experience. I have also been working as a substitute teacher for JCPS the last few months, so I have experience with managing a classroom-full of children! I like working with kids because I have a lot of children in my family (three nieces + one little brother) that I see often! I enjoy their hopeful and inquisitive spirits and it's great seeing them grow into their own person. I started professionally working with kids when I was about 15 years old as a babysitter on Friday nights; I had unpaid experience working with kids before I was 15. One thing you should know about me is that safety is my number one priority and it's very important to me that children are treated with respect, kindness, and compassion!

Isabella babysit our children during bible study when she was in high school and was already very mature for her age. She would babysit 4-7 children at a time for about two hours every Friday. She also babysat a group of 10 children on New Year’s Eve one year for us and made sure all the children were safe, having fun, and not getting into trouble.
