Isabella does not actually have experience in childcare. She would watch younger cousins growing up, and this is the extent of her knowledge. She does not have experience with infants. She would ask me many questions about babies, such as "does teething hurt the baby, I didnt know they could roll at this age," and other things. Isabella left us hanging twice last minute with no explanation other than "emergency." She left our infant inside alone for an unknown amount of time. We watched her leave from our ring camera without the baby. We only stuck it out so long as to find someone else. Do not hire her if you have a baby.
