About Isabella

I currently work full-time as a school psychologist in Arlington Public Schools, where I conduct academic and cognitive assessments, present findings to families and school teams, and help determine appropriate supports for students with disabilities. My work requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a deep understanding of child development-all of which I bring to my childcare experience. Throughout high school and college, I regularly babysat for families with children of various ages. While earning my graduate degree in school psychology at Northeastern University, I nannied part-time for a family in Back Bay for two years. My professional background allows me to approach nannying with insight, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility. I understand developmental milestones, behavioral needs, and how to create a safe and nurturing environment. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified and comfortable managing busy schedules or transitions.
