About Isabella
Experience: 2 yrs
I'm a certified teaching assistant with a degrees in music and environmental science with two years of elementary school experience. I believe every student has unique potential and can achieve their goals with personalized support. By actively listening and observing interactions with new material, I assess a student's individual learning style. I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and setting clear expectations. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding aspect of being a tutor. I can help with Math, English, Science, Test Preparation, Music & Drama, Musical Instruments, Special Education, and Study Skills for elementary and middle school students. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I would love to help your student succeed!
