I currently am a Montessori lead Toddler teacher at a Montessori school in Everett. Since I was 12 I've babysat for my family, neighbors, and friends. I have nannied/babysat from ages 1 day old - 15 years old. I've worked with autistic and neurodivergent children. My goal for families I work with is to create a positive environment where you are able to spend more quality time with your kids and not worry about their well being when you are busy. I also find it extremely important to keep the consistency, use positive reinforcements, and natural consequences. Communication between me and the family is key to keeping a happy a balanced environment for young children. I would like to work along side you in supporting your children's growth and development when they have such a wonderful absorbent mind.

Highly recommend Izzy! If you're thinking of hiring her, you definitely should. Izzy was with us for just over a year with our then 5mo old until she was about 18 months. She made going back to work much easier for me and is so great with babies! Starting solids, "light"/gentle sleep training, and learning all the new skills! She comes prepared with fun new activities and even helped around the house with light chores here and there. She's great!!
