I have been in the medical field as a medical assistant and Licensed practical nurse for over 10 years. I have been home with my baby the last few years and running my restaurant Roe and am ready to get back into caregiving. My last job as a nurse was at a geriatric psychiatric unit in Portland Oregon working with patients who have dementia and Alzheimer's and am very passionate about supportive memory care and tending to each individuals needs as well as the family's needs. My ideal job would include starting with 1-2 days per week so that I can also be home with my 3-year-old while getting back into where my heart is with caregiving.
