About Isabel

I like working with animals because they are so loving and fun. Not all are super trusting at first but when they finally warm up to you it is the best feeling. I'm looking for a job that is flexible where I can support families in dog sitting, taking their pets out for walks or just being an extra pair of eyes if needed. In my spare time, I like to read, walk along the beach or beach volleyball, and hang out with friends/family. One thing you should know about me is I am very comfortable with Dogs and cats. I grew up with dogs all my life. I currently have a Dachshund of my own and a cat. My skills include walking, light grooming, feeding at scheduled times, playtime, and lots of love. I understand how to read body language when an animal feels uncomfortable or threatened. Tone is very important in maintaining a calm demeanor when a pet feels nervous or scared. It's important at times to have a firm tone when interacting with other pet owners to ensure pet safety.
