In the 4 years I have known Isabel, she has been such a great help to our family. She is very outgoing and personable which resonates well with my two girls (2 and 4 years old). She’s very dependable - always on time, never missing a scheduled day. Isabel is able to devote her full attention to each child, always make sure they each have what they need. She can juggle many tasks and is very sensitive to what the family’s needs are, ensuring she is aligned with how we would like her to handle tantrums, disagreements, unwillingness to share, and other sibling disputes. If given the opportunity, Isabel would be a great addition to any family.
