About Isabela

Hi! I'm Isabellaa, a passionate 24-year-old UCSB graduate with a Bachelor's in Communications and a minor in Child Development. Since I was 16, I've cherished caring for children in Oakland and Santa Barbara, building trusting and meaningful bonds. Growing up as the eldest of five siblings taught me responsibility, leadership, patience, and a nurturing spirit. My experience as sorority president in college sharpened my organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. For over three and a half years, I cared for three wonderful children--ages two, four, and six--and have also gained rewarding experience working with children with special needs, particularly autism, using sensory techniques to foster confidence and independence. My heartfelt goal is to create a safe, loving environment where children feel truly valued and free to express themselves.
