I'm a former language teacher who worked for Berlitz around the world for over 30 years. I've been an Activities Assistant at an assisted living community for over a year now. I'm looking for a position as a Companion/helper to a senior who needs assistance with the following: house cleaning, cooking, driving to appointments or social events, reading, companionship etc., but who is independent enough to bathe and feed themselves. ( I am not a professional caregiver) I speak English, French, Portuguese and a little Italian. I'm very sociable, cosmopolitan, hard working and reliable. I am willing to drive to Saint Augustine, Anastasia Island or Ponte Vedra - as well as South Jacksonville or Atlantic Beach. I work 4 days a week, as an Activities Assistant , at an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility, therefore I have already passed a background check. I am 100% Vaccinated against Covid, including all booster shots recommended by the FDA.
