About Isabela

I have taken care of kids between the ages of 1-7. It has truly been an adventure that only continues as I take care of more children, and adapt to what they need in the moment. I've learned how to expand my cooking skills to prepare their breakfasts or lunches, and how to persuade them to try healthier foods so they can be more energetic for the day; and have implemented house rules with visual aids for them to pick up after they eat or play, and how to use their words or take space when upset. There are days of trial and error, but I communicate effectively with every parent I work with to help their child get the best care, and grow with better character development. I have also gained more experience working with kids that have special needs, which only reinforces patience and motivation for the both of us. I look forward to caring for your child if given the chance because as much as they have learned from me, believe me when I say I have learned so much more from them.
