We hired Isabel to watch our 3-year-old every morning for a week. She was punctual and communicative. Our son had a great time with her. She took him on outings to the park or the library and got him moving so he wasn't focused on screens. When the rain kept them inside she rotated through toys/activities. I would definitely rehire her.
