Iryna is an amazing nanny and early childhood educator. She has been taken care of my son for about a year from 3 to 4. Picking him up from school at around 12pm and spending time with him thereafter. He is transitioning to TK this fall, and Iryna contributed immensely into his readiness. He is bilingual and struggling with language acquisition, and the time spent with Iryna benefited him a lot. Within just a few month she taught him to hold a pen properly and developed his drawing, writing, and counting significantly, through fun and engaging, age appropriate exercises. She also created perfect routine, making sure he is rested, not hungry, and has enough movements and socialization. Iryna comes with a bag full of craft supplies, and always brings some new educational materials she develops herself through vast research and practice, in all the fields from reading to science. She is very kind, funny, enthusiastic, empathetic, and caring. I couldn't recommend her more.
