About Irma

Hello! I am CPR certified have nanny and housekeeping experience in Ventura and San Luis Obispo county. In the past I have worked as a childcare provider for my local school district. My duties included helping with homework, playing games, and creating fun/interactive activities for the kids. I have volunteer hours through VCMC, within that time I have gotten some experience with pediatrics as well as obtained my nursing assistant license. I have tutored students in the areas of English, Spanish I & II, Biology, and Chemistry. I graduated from Ventura College with honors and have a bachelors in Public Health from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where I was honored with Outstanding Citizenship for my community work and research. As a student I have taken courses pertaining to children, these include: Maternal and Child Nutrition, Child Growth & Development, and Developmental Psychology. Was working full time as a Bilingual Health Educator but I am starting my nursing (RN) program in August!
