About Irma

We knew from our first meeting with Irma that she would be a great fit for our family. Our daughter was about 3.5 months when she started with us (now she’s almost 2.5 years old). We appreciated that she had lots of great experience both raising her own family and nannying for others. She is very loving with our daughter and takes care of her like she is her own. Irma is also understanding of the house rules when it comes to schedules, eating and screen time, even if it was different than what she was used to. She helped keep track of milestones like rolling, sitting, eating solids, etc. As a first time Mom she was an absolute blessing. She loves children and it is obvious. Irma is reliable, honest, and good company. We trust her completely and plan to have her in our lives for a long time. Highly recommend!
