About Irma

Nurturing a child's potential is my greatest passion, and I have dedicated 20 years to fostering growth in children ages four through adulthood. My approach is defined by patience, creativity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the families I support. I hold a graduate degree, which informs my ability to facilitate educational games that make learning an adventure. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or crafting, I prioritize engaging, active care. I maintain First Aid Training and CPR Training to ensure a safe environment. I follow your lead regarding household rules and am happy to assist with meal preparation or travel. I value clear communication and will provide updates in whichever format you prefer. I look forward to bringing my calm, approachable energy into your home to help your children thrive.
