After personally interviewing Irma and meeting with her to discuss care for my mom. I hired Irma and made a schedule for her for the next 3 weeks. She texted me 4 hours prior to her shift confirming that I would meet her at my moms; at the start of her 1st shift. I agreed and then Irma texted me 45 min before the start of her 12 hour overnight shift saying she couldn't make it. I'm an astounded by lack of professionalism. BEWARE! You could be left without a caregiver!
