Any family would be lucky to have Irma! She is a true professional nanny and she set the bar very high for our family. She cared for our daughter from age 6 months to almost 2.5 yrs, and they had such a strong, loving bond. Irma was incredibly attentive, engaged, and active with our daughter. She also helped us out enormously around the house.
