Hello! My name is Irlizan, and I am a compassionate, calm, and patient person dedicated to providing quality support to seniors. I believe that everyone deserves dignity, comfort, and respect, and I strive to create a safe & nurturing environment where both clients & their families feel at ease. My caregiving experience began with supporting my own grandmother, which taught me the importance of empathy, attentiveness, & genuine connection. That experience inspired me to expand my skills & continue caring for others who deserve kindness & thoughtful support. I am happy to assist with companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, and personal care as needed. I take pride in being reliable, understanding, & attentive to each individual's unique needs. My goal is to not only provide excellent care, but also to bring comfort, respect, & a sense of security to every home I work in.
