After a long telephone interview. 3 days in advance we decided to give Iris a try not only for one day, but possibly for extended time. 30 minutes before her arrival she texted and stated she had a family emergency.  Needless to say we are here alone with no nursing help. Many others applied and could have done this job. Just poor.

Iris was a huge asset  providing care for my aunt.  She was extremely caring and friendly.  She also visited her during her stay at a rehab center providing her care and companionship there as well.  She went shopping and did all that she could to make her comfortable and she was appreciated for all her efforts. I would recommend Iris if you have the need for senior care.

It is so difficult to find a caretaker these days. It can cause a lot of anxiety. Iris did a  fantastic job with my parents. She would go above and beyond in making sure they had their needs met. She would also leave a written synopsis  of what happed  that day. I cant recommend  Iris high enough.  She is outstanding.  

Iris is very warm and friendly. My mother-in-law enjoyed her time being cared for by Iris.  Iris was very attentive to her needs, with good care and conversation.
Unfortunately due my mother-in-law having another stroke recently, we are unable to continue with home care until we get her back home. 

Highly recommend, my sister and I view Iris .  We blessed to have found her!  

She is very caring person and loves her job. I wish there were more people in this world like her! We all love her.

So far so good, my wife loves Iris. Has a great personality.

Iris was a great, friendly and caring caretaker for our mom before she passed away. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate caregiver for any friend or family member. In the short time she worked for us, she became family. 

Iris is very personable and a good companion to my mother which I consider to be most important. My mother enjoys her company. She has impressed me as being loving and caring and responsible. I feel very comfortable that my mother is in good hands with Iris. Iris is always early in arriving for her assigned hours and is very flexible in accepting last minute changes to her schedule. I could not recommend her more highly. 

Iris is one of a kind! We have had a caregiver in the past and she was there with mom but didn’t go the extra mile to engage mom and make mom her priority. When I met Iris I instantly fell in love with her for many reasons (and so did my mom). The most important reason is the way she spoke to my mom. She looks at mom and gives her full attention. She is gentle, hardworking and always finds a way to make my mom happy! In addition she has her STNA so I know she can help mom with a shower and other ADL activities as needed. Iris is also so kind and thoughtful with my mom. She is sure to have mom get up and walk every 1-2 hours as we have asked and also makes sure she drinks her water every day. I am beyond thankful for our Iris!! 

Iris is so experienced, compassionate, reliable, and skilled. She is a hard worker and always works to accommodate additional needs. She is already a part of our family!

I had a no call no show from another girl and Iris came to the rescue. She was here as soon as she could be and has been awesome since first meeting her. She has gone above and beyond not just taking care of my father but doing extra things around the house that weren’t even asked of her. She has been a great help in a time of need and I will be calling her before anyone else. Lovely personality, great with my father and a sense of humor. Would suggest her 10/10 times to anyone that needs help. 

Iris is experienced, prompt, and reliable.  Most importantly, she cares for her patient with true loving compassion, as if he/she is her own family member.

Iris was a perfect fit for our family!  She and my mother shared a common language(English was a second language for both of them), and they developed such a wonderful relationship. Iris was reliable, always went the "extra mile" and provided such kind, compassionate, and loving care. She became a member of our family. We are so thankful for her.

I have worked with Iris for years and her care and professionalism with her clients is excellent. I can honestly say that she is the best I have ever worked with.

Iris has been a blessing!! She was compassionate and professional with helping my family through a very difficult time. I highly recommend her!

Iris worked for us for approximately six months. She missed work frequently and on the last weekend of my mom’s life, Iris was no call no show. I was very disappointed, but not surprised after seeing the pattern of her not showing up to work. 

Iris is caring for our mother, who has dementia, and also declining physically.  She greets us every day with a joyous smile, and interacts with our mother in a way that really lifts her spirits.  Iris is kind and professional, always punctual, and takes all the time necessary to care for our mother as though she was her own mother.  We consider Iris as a family member, and we feel incredibly blessed that she came our way. I would recommend Iris to care for any of my loved ones.  She is professional and knowledgeable, but she brings joy and love when she comes to work.
