About Iris

I'd describe my personality as genuine, compassionate, and outgoing. I've always loved working with kids. Babysitting and nannying have been my jobs for years and I am studying to be an elementary education teacher. It has been such a fulfilling job and I love the opportunity to get to know all the amazing little kids and watch them grow up. I'm looking for a job that works with my schedule and isn't too far away! I started working with kids when I was about 11, babysitting my younger cousins and such. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends and family, and spend time outdoors. I am a yoga instructor at CorePower here in boulder and I have been nannying a little girl one day a week in North Boulder and have been for the last two years! I also enjoy playing volleyball and snowboarding when I get the chance :). My skills include reasoning, making kids feel happy and safe, and coming up with fun activities to do!
