About Iris

I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, which led me to become a childcare provider. I was working at a preschool as an on call in the infant room, before that I was full time. Now I have a beautiful month old son myself. I also am not CPR certified, I hope to be certified soon. My patient and calm nature allows me to handle any situation with ease. I'm also creative and imaginative, always coming up with new and engaging activities for the kids. My friendly and approachable personality puts both the children and their parents at ease. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparency. I provide written daily reports and am always available for verbal communication at pickup. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method. As for household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children.
