About Iris

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. Over three years, I've provided compassionate in-home care, including respite, hospice, and live-in support. I'm adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion with patience and empathy. I am friendly and approachable. I follow each family's preferred communication method to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with care recipients. I assist with daily living tasks, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and speak both English and Spanish. I have SOME HIGH SCHOOL education, along with CPR and First Aid training. I'm eager to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
