Iris took care of our baby for several months before relocating to NY. From day one, Iris was our dream nanny. Throughout the day, Iris created a fulfilling day for our baby. Unlike other sitters, she needed no instruction as she was already an expert in baby care. She was also very open to implementing anything that we asked based on our parenting approach. Iris kept our baby busy with tummy time, sitting/walking time, and play. Our baby's physical skills increased within days of hiring Iris. Iris was always on time and great at communicating. Most importantly, she showed up each day in a happy mood and seemed genuinely excited to see my little one. My baby would scream with excitement as soon as Iris arrived and laugh endlessly at Iris's funny faces/songs/games. Iris also fit easily into our family and she was loved by our older son and dog just as much. We were all very sad to see her leave. I highly recommend Iris as a nanny; any family would be lucky to have her!
