Iris is incredibly reliable. She was always early and communicative. She really cared about my dad and really encouraged him with lots of positive words. She was incredible with organization, she was very patient, and she always kept my dad's needs at the front. She is a lot of fun and very easy to work with. I love her energy and how she really takes initiative to help you out rather than waiting on you to give her things to do. I would definitely hire her again.
